Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The sun came out from behind the clouds, and a choir of angels sang a hallelujia chorus as the mountains wept softly at the beauty of the eggs glorious lineage. Quite a Dorky Lineage is the holy grail of long lineages. Only her children best her in length. She is related to at least four of Watari's dragons, among them being Ira, Pandora, Nicra, and Nyxas, if not more. She is considered a queen among the dragons, and considered one of the four most influential dragons of the cave. Aside from some serious heavy-duty inbreeding, Quite a Dorky Lineage retains her queenly grace and elegance, and maintains her status with poise, always mindful of her prestigious Dorkface ancestry. She is an excellent mother, and takes extra special care of her children with her beloved mate, Hugely Magnificent Lineage.
