When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

She is named after the Chinese dragon god of water, Yinglon. Her egg was discovered floating down a river by the villagers of the city of Farlem and presented to soulskimmers for inspection. She hatched and grew normal, except she was a very big dragon, so soulskimmers was forced to relocate her to the ocean in which the river her egg was discovered in, connected to. Unlike soulskimmer's other dragons, Yinglon is taken care by all the villagers of the city of Farlem, rather than by soulskimmers herself so soulskimmers does not visit Yinglon quite often. As a result, Yinglon is a kind and gentle dragon, often being the only mode of transportation between Farlem and other cities across the oceans. Thanks to her presence near the city of Farlem, enemies dare not to approach Farlem. Plus she saves Farlem a lot of money by being their own personal natural disaster siren, often emitting a high-pitched squeal to warn the villagers ahead of time to escape to higher grounds.
