Water Walkers are small dragons that are frequently found around bogs and ponds. While they are flightless, they retain the flight sacs and hollow bones of their airborne cousins. These traits, coupled with their extraordinarily long, webbed toes, allow them to stand on top of calm waters, using their small sails to propel them wherever they please. They spend the majority of their lives on the water, retreating to the tops of lily pads when the waters become too rough to float atop.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Zout, the good companion of his fellow Water walker Trito, is the more talkative one out of the two. He's more than experienced at annoying and teasing others, with an outgoing and easygoing nature that makes him the more sociable one of the pair. He's always located near the water, and seems to make a living of antagonizing any dragons that happen to wander past. However, Zout is far too aware of the fact he would be easily beat in battle, and therefore tends to avoid fighting- particularly went it comes to bigger dragons.

Whilst Zout's best friend is Trito, his worst enemy would be the female Dorsal dragon Isiae. There's something about her that just rubs him the wrong way, and he refuses to accept any notions from Trito that it is merely Zout denying his affections for her. Zout, apparently, is the matchmaker, not the one matched. Or so he believes, at least.

He and Trito live under the rule of the dragon Naorn.
