Avatars of Destruction possess a volatile disposition. They thrive on chaos and decay, and their horns and plated scales are as hard as forged metal. Because of their affinity with darkness and the destructive forces of nature, it was once thought that these dragons were omens of ill fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Buwau came to the clan as an egg and like all Avatars she was brought up by the Split dragons Destruction and Creation. Although the rather creative and—in their own way—wise dragons showed Buwau exactly how she could use her power and potential for the good of everyone, she grew up to become a rather aggressive and antisocial individual.

She knows exactly how to be a constructive member of her clan, she simply chooses not to be one.

Rumours claim that she even has a taste for the flesh of dragons but if those rumours are true than at least she keeps those habits away from her clan mates by only hunting wild dragons. At least there are no unexplained disappearances within the clan so far. Well it seems as if the Splits' education had at least some effect.
