Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Yuki is a well-behaved, quiet, and studious dragoness. She never gets loud when talking to others, she does what her family and clan expect her to do, and she cleans herself up nicely so she won't offend anyone by accident. Her mate thinks that she needs a bit of adventure in her life and gently coaxes her to a bit of excitement whenever he thinks he can get away with it.
