Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys gathering pebbles and other small rocks and putting them in a pile.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Boshin was discovered by Kit after his original owner abandoned him to die. Kit couldn't turn the little guy away and immediately took him in. She discovered Boshin seemed to get along well with Boshang, and so named the little hatchling after the mighty green adult. <br/>Boshin will forever remain petite, but he seems to prefer the life of a little dragon. <br/>What he doesn't like...is when new adult dragons talk down to him like he's some sort  of baby when he's OLDER then them.
