Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Scraps is a young Paper dragon. Unlike most Paper dragons, however, he was created when his father, Paper Joe, was making origami models, and Sparkling Waters the Magi overheard him mention that he would give anything for a son or daughter. Sparkling Waters then brought a model of an origami dragon that Joe made to life using her powerful magic, resulting in the creation of this dragon. His other father, Trillionth, is a very intelligent mathematician and is constantly debating with Joe that numbers are better than letters, while Joe thinks the opposite. The two always try to get Scraps to decide who is right, but Scraps honestly couldn't care less and would rather hang out with his friends than read books or do math problems. He knows that it's unusual in his clan to have two fathers and no mother, but he doesn't care and loves them both just the same.
