Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Timid and reclusive, Chenn completes the sadistic world her mother, Versa, created. Versa is the dictator of her little family, one she doesn't even want to be a part of. It's all show; Chenn and her father are simply arm candy she can manipulate to make her look good in front of her boss.

All of her life, Chenn has been tormented by nasty words and even abuse. Speak out and you'll get smacked in Versa's household.

Chenn does indulge in a few acts of passive rebellion. The first is becoming Paesty's secret lover. The two dragons meshed really well, both having some pretty messed up families. But her mother forbade her to date anyone without her approval and a dragon from their enemy clan would NEVER meet her approval.

Chenn also has an obsession with finding pink things. Her mother hates that color severely and as such, Chenn goes out of her way to find things obnoxiously pink. She uses her mild magic to transform things that hue, driving her mom insane.
