Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kylati (Ki-lah-tee) was the last to hatch of the first clutch and has taken a cautious way into life.  He is opposites in many ways to Phog, and yet the two males compliment each other as well. Kylati is the voice of reason to Phog's brazenness. Kylati is coming into his magical powers slowly, but with an unending life, he has all the time in the universe to learn. He is the hunter of the group, although with the clan growing in size every day, he has learned appreciate help from the others.  He respects the diets of the ladies and will often bring them treats of the botanical variety. Kylati is extremely devoted to Pharolux, and they are raising several children between them.
