Cheese Dragons are not actually alive. They are enchanted items of food that act almost identically to dragons. They have no need to eat, but they must “live” in humid environments or they will dry out and harden.

Yarg loves disguises. She's always looking for just the right dress-up outfit. Lagie is constantly having to tidy up her clothes closets after Yarg's been about. One Halloween, instead of dressing up in clothes, Yarg had Painter Mint paint her white with black spots. To this she added a red dog collar making her the first ever Dalmatian Cheese. She then snuck through the cave the night before Halloween with Painter and did the same to all the other cheese dragons. They were not amused.
