Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Arkatior (meaning "rose" in the old language of her clan) is the granddaughter and sometimes the traveling companion of a nameless, eccentric Whiptail with incurable wanderlust. She cares deeply about him, and he her; when he decided to leave their clan in search of a more fulfilling existence she followed partly out of curiosity but mostly to protect him. They stole a type of ship imbued with the same type of magi mana that gives Magi dragons their famed teleportation abilities and fled. No matter how much trouble they got into, Arkatior loved every minute of it, but eventually they were stranded in a large island kingdom off the coast of Galsriem. Arkatior fell in love with the island and enrolled at a dragon college there to better learn about their culture. She ultimately decided to retire from her wild life of adventures and live there permanently but she still checks up on her grandfather every now and then, thoroughly convinced he'll loose his head without her.
