Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Unlike his antisocial parents, Ultxasihu craves attention. From an early age, he always longed to play games like Catch the Seaweed with a pod of two-finned blunas, or at least an unrelated dragon to keep him company. Despite discouragement from his parents, he sought out his father Sky Feral's former clan, the Supernovas. Tamira Brightwing, clan leader and mother of Sky Feral, was quite pleased to take in one of her progeny.

Since then, however, Ultxasihu never became the serious, hard-working male that his grandmother hoped he would become. He seems to have joined the Supernovas only so that he could be around others. Like his father, however, he doesn't care what his peers think at all, and their constant criticism is always tuned out as he plays Catch the Seaweed with the resident bluna community.
