Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is very active and playful.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Connie is unusually bold for a Nilia and tries to make friends outside of the other Pygmies, but every time she meets someone new, her shyness and nerves will let her blurt out the most un-complimentary compliments, like: "You're really bright—for a Drake," or "You're really nice for a Wyvern."

Needless to say Connie isn't too successful in finding new friends.
