White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Athalas is the Alpha Female of a very strange squadron: rather than look after a group of dragons, this healer has taken pity on the enchanted "not-quite-a-dragon" Cheeses and Papers. She managed to coax two other White dragons into joining her endeavors to protect these creatures. Oddly enough, Athalas has not shown any interest in recruiting more members to her squadron, despite the growing number of Soulpeaces in the area.
