Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Do Evil Better is one of the few dragons that looks up to Corin Deeth III. If anybody out there doesn't know, Deeth is an absolute jerk.

But for all that he is a jerk, he's certainly good at taking credit for things he didn't do, and doing evil things better than other people.

Do Evil Better took his name from one of the phrases Deeth uses all the time: "Do evil better." He wants to devote his entire life to Doing Evil Better.

Or at least, doing evil better than the average dragon. And for all he denies it, Do Evil Better is actually a... pretty average Vampire dragon. All he knows how to do is to do evil better than the average Vampire dragon. And even then, he's not that good at doing it.

But he can still look up to Corin Deeth III, the absolute jerk. Nobody really likes him or Deeth that much anyway.
