Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Coronus is fond of pranks and jokes, whether coming up with his own or helping others with theirs. He strives to keep things good-natured, and will stop the instant it seems somebody is upset. His favorite prank to pull is waking others up by catching the light just so and filling their caves with light before flying quickly away.

However, playing practical jokes is just what Coronus does during his off hours. Most of his time is dedicated to guiding humans and land-bound dragons through rough jungle terrain. On occasion, he will also give rides to hatchlings, humans, and some adult dragons, depending on size. He has a knack for finding sources of clean water from above, and is more than happy to guide travelers to rivers and lakes when needed.

When available, Coronus dedicates his time to the quiet Dusty, the loquacious Eros, the pragmatic Calamity, and the proud Percival.
