Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
For some unknown reason, Arpi despises being a Gold dragon. Determined to hide what she is, she drapes a numerous amount of layers over herself in a desperate attempt to conceal her identity. She often cakes mud and adobe over herself, sticking feathers into the dirt while it's still wet and twining poison ivy vines around her limbs once it's dried. When she's feeling fancy, Arpi will pluck flowers from nearby bushes and stick them in between the cracks in her scales, or even squeeze the juice from oranges or other citrus and roll around in that before attaching the flowers. The scent from the flowers and her "perfume" make a nice combination, but it is a bit strong.
