Albino Dragons are so named because their translucent, scale-less skin lacks all pigment. Instead, to help protect their bodies from the sun, they are coated in an oily secretion that blocks the sun’s harmful rays. The call of an albino dragon is similar to a barn owl--a shriek instead of a roar.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Empty Parchment is peaceful and intelligent. He spends his days hunched over books, reading them, writing them, and binding them. The books he binds and writes are well known throughout the kingdom and fetch a handsome price when they can be acquired. Getting a book made by him is very hard because he usually adds books he makes to his collection. Few have managed to wriggle their way out of the cave. His corner of the cave is piled high with hundreds of books, with only one empty spot on the cold stone floor for sleeping. He is a bottomless pit for knowledge, and if anyone wishes to know anything they usually come to him. He has scholarly discussions with Skyward Gazer, an intelligent magi dragon, which can last into the wee hours of morning. Although his books are hard to obtain he allows anyone to read them under his watchful eye. Creatures come from all over to read his books, although they cannot take them home with them.
