Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nightsin is the nineteenth dragon of the Natashina clan and the direct pupil of Starsin. She was born adept at magic, especially the arts of magical illusion. She learned how to be an expert at using the cover of night to her best advantage. Her mentor, Starsin has helped instill true nobility and honor in combat in her, bringing some discipline to the (at times) rash younger dragon. She also never fights an unarmed foe, even going as far as arming them if they are weaponless. Currently, Nightsin and Valkore work closely with Starsin and Magus on perfecting magic and nighttime combat. Nightsin is now the second in command of security and her training serves her well. She is a very loving caretaker and watches over the nest tenderly during the night. Iris taught her the enjoyment of reading underneath shady trees. As a result, Nightsin loves reading plays and she reads them to the hatchlings every night as they fall asleep.
