Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kat Inks is a young Black Dragon. She is the strangest dragon in her clan. She lives in a dark corner of the cave with several pieces of parchment and multiple jars of ink, and will spend hours writing strange messages down, written in languages only other Black Dragons can understand. She doesn't communicate with many other dragons besides Ajax and Graves, the other unusual dragons in her clan. Despite being so strange, she is very protective of the hatchlings and eggs, and helps teach the hatchlings how to write in her strange language, which worries their teachers, Sapphiro and Izar. During the night, she will go outside the cave and map the stars with Starsparkle, considering how good her vision and artistic skills are. She has no fear of humans, or predators at all, which worries the rest of the clan. She currently has no specified mate, and creeps most of the males out, for that matter.
