Imperial Fleshcrownes are an active and playful breed. They are equally good at flying and climbing and while they are not good swimmers, they love to take an occasional dip. Fleshcrownes live in large social groups called “communities.” Adult Fleshcrownes share the responsibility of looking after the young, who are very playful and active. Even after maturing, they retain their curious and mischievous natures, often getting into trouble. The fleshy crowns on their head can be raised at will, and are usually erect when happy, excited, or scared. Fleshcrownes—being a very peaceful breed—are more prone to flight than fight. If threatened, they can raise their crowns while hissing in an attempt to scare off predators.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Golden Sun is Serbius' mate. He, like all of his breed, is mischievous, and always spends time with Cheeky Thing. Golden Sun (Sunny for short) causes plenty of trouble teamed up with Cheeky Thing. He also spends some time around his cave, which is next to Cream Surprise's cave. There he plots more torments and new ways to annoy people. Sunny has one weakness though—pineapples. Although it sounds ridiculous, he is scared of pineapples. Nobody knows why, but apparently some accident he had as a hatchling cause the random phobia. This is why villagers often leave pineapples outside of their houses when Sunny has been annoying a lot of people recently.
