Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

This stuck-up dragon stands tall and overly proud of his beautiful, glimmering scales. Viserion Aureate, nicknamed Vis, is too full of pride and evidently narcissistic. Much like a lumina dragon, he always struts about, attracting many females to gaze at his golden form. Though he is vain, Vis is a very compassionate dragon, especially when it comes to those whom he believes to be 'dull and ugly'.
