Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Djevatvaropanagini is one of the three wise Founders of the Oblivion Dragon-Tribe.  The origin of her egg mysterious, Djeva hatched with only the Fire dragon Bhuj for comfort and warmth, and together they raised the egg of Daz the Stone dragon. Able to fly since the day she hatched, Djevas grace and joy in the air is unmatched; she is almost always careening among the clouds and she rarely returns to the Oblivion valley. According to human mystics the sight of her is said to grant divine epiphanies to mortals even to the point of ascension, and they have dubbed her the Deifying Serpent.  When she does return home her voice lilts musically as she speaks in riddles about the sky. Her scarcity and frivolous babble makes her an enigma to her tribe, but none can deny her cryptic wisdom, or the loyalty with which she returns to sing stories of her travels to Daz. She often declares that the only perch as inviting as the wind is the stony arch of her mates neck, and will land nowhere else.
