This name is needed by the CIA used to have an official name. It was classy, and everyone generally liked it. But one day, a group of vampire dragons began attacking caves and the only evidence they could find was one name, written in blood, which quickly became classified information. Thus, they had to confiscate this poor dino's name and replace it with this temporary moniker until "the mysterious case of the vampire dragons" was solved.
