Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The Cobalt Seer had a brief fling with the Iron Thief before, but was soon cut off from her machinations and plannings when he began to foil her plans, whether purposely or not, simply by being there. After he was thrown away, he soon developed a deep bitterness against her and all those of the Thief class, refusing to even speak to another Thief. The earlier developments left him standing alone and solitary on the mountains, where even if you were another class, had to act as selfish as a Thief simply to remain alive. He passes his time staring into the reflections of the moon and stars on the stagnant water pools, passively observing the events of the world and mourning the love he lost to greed and narcissism.
