Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs.

Even though Dinos are not dragons, Shield Tail, Dark Drakon, and their herd view their kind as their distant evolutionary cousins. For this reason, they allow a band of Dinos to live on their island, where they are free to feed on the vegetation that grows there. All the Dinos that live alongside Shield Tail and Dark Drakon's herd bear the title of 'Cousin' as part of their names, to honor their relationship to the dragons, which is why this particular Dino is called Cousin Thyreophora.

Cousin Thyreophora is the most stubborn member of the Dino Group. He prefers to be left alone most of the time, only joining his friends during feeding. Whenever the other Dinos engage in a game, Cousin Thyreophora will keep his distance, simply resting under a shady tree and ignoring all invitations to join in the fun. However, he truly does care about the others, and is always ready to fight to the death if anyone is threatened.
