Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bronzesoul really has no desire to communicate with the other dragons; he prefers to hunt, eat, and sleep alone. When he is greeted, he is usually polite, but when he has reached the end of his patience, he has been known to snap and growl fiercely at the other party until they get the hint and leave him alone. Bronzesoul always has a sad look on his face, but he seems to be content with his life; he is active, healthy, and has a voracious appetite.
