Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s very festively colored.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don’t grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.

Given the rarity of a race that appears only for few days a year, it is not at all difficult to understand why he was dubbed a "Saturnalia miracle". The Saturnalian, for lack of a better name, proves true to his namesake and ensures that each event become a celebration. There is nothing better than a spilled cup of elderberry wine, or an old-fashioned gift exchange, no matter the cost: nothing succeeds like excess.

On the matter of being dubbed a modern Pan, the Saturnalian would reply that he was "much more respectable looking."
