Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A female Royal Blue dragon settles beneath a tree high on a mountain. She has just come back from hunting, her belly full, and is now looking for a calm spot by a pond to rest for a bit. This female is Moon's Silver Hearts, or Silver Hearts. Soon, she will be returning to her cave where she is known to be the mother of most, if not all, the other Royal Blue dragons residing there. Silver Hearts is proud and strong, not easily frightened or angered. She loves sitting on her own outside at night, gazing into a small pond near the cave at the reflection of the moon. She's quite motherly to all her children and other young dragons, caring for and watching out for them. It takes a lot to actually get her to fight or even involved in violence, but when she is, let's just say it would have been better to leave her out. Her mate is Moon's Shining Silver.
