Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Miner's Lady has an unusual talent for a Royal Blue dragon: his magic allows him to "feel" the places where minerals and jewels can be found under the ground. Since he was born with strong legs and hard claws, he can easily dig them up and use them as he sees fit.

The silver, ithildin and mithril are carefully chosen to enrich his own hoard, while the jewels are given to the clan's Sunstones as food. If he finds gold, he sometimes uses it as a bargain chip with other dragons or gifts it to his friends. All his other finds are used in dealings with the human inhabitants of the lands.
