Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

In the aftermath of the Mesa incident, some dragons found it... beneficial to side with the invading creatures that had overpowered most nearby colonies. Mike is one of these dragons, part of a unit known as Civil Protection. His days are usually spent on patrol- or at least, that's how should be, most of his time is really spent talking with his usual partner, Dave. Of the two, Mike is the grounded one, usually trying to talk Dave out of doing all manner of idiotic things. Sadly, this almost always ends painfully... for Mike, at any rate. As one might expect, he is a bit of a pessimist, and takes a cautious approach to everything in life.

Like Dave, Mike enjoys shooting stones at pigeons. His aim is still unknown, since something (mainly Dave) will always trip him up, causing his stones to fly into nearby homes, or occasionally the head of a very angry Red.
