Royal Crimson Dragons are so named due to their massive size and confident, regal bearing. Most of the time they are laid back, ignoring non-prey creatures smaller than themselves, although they will occasionally take fresh kills from other dragons as a reminder of their place in the social order. Although there are few other dragons large enough to pose a threat to Royal Crimsons, they have little tolerance for potential rivals and will fiercely defend their territory from such intruders.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Fakor was always impressed by Margalin's strength and determination, even as a hatchling. He would join in with her and the other hatchlings who aspired to be warriors; taking brutal beatings day after day just to watch her train, marveling at the graceful way she moved.

Margalin was never beautiful, especially after her horrible defeat that maimed her and scarred her forever. Her scales were too uneven and one of her horns broken from a rough fight as a hatchling, but to Fakor she was the most beautiful dragoness alive. She finally took him as a mate, but she rarely even acknowledges his presence since that fateful defeat. Her confidence and self-image was undermined so badly that she has been trying ever since despite her injury to become a warrior once more. Fakor has tried to help her feel better by voicing these compliments that he has truly felt since they met, but she fails to see his desire to help her and instead ignores him more often than not.
