Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s extremely curious and seems to enjoy exploring the area around it.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Every lonely day was always a happy little thing from the moment she was laid. Then she was abandoned at first she thought "oh well I will be adopted soon", and she was moments later only to be abandoned again and again. When she hatched she was abandoned again she wondered "what am I doing wrong". When she matured she was abandoned with only one hour left someone saw her sitting there and took her in. But with only one hour left she would soon die, and her master seeing this froze her to keep her living.

Now a day she walks around dreaming of the life that was taken away from her.
