Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

PeacefulSilverPrince is a serene Silver Dragon hatchling. He also has a calming effect on other dragons around him. PeacefulSilverPrince is very into meditation and finding inner peace, as his parents taught him to be. His mother and father live in a different cave, because PeacefulSilverPrince was sold to by their owner to the human that now owns him for a good deal of gold. So now he must grow up without the guidance of his biological mom and dad. This hasn't affected PeacefulSilverPrince in least, as far as anyone can tell. He still is calm and contented, and he still loves his life and everyone in it, even bullies like FeistyWaterHorse and BurningDarkDemon.
