Terrae Dragons are primarily herbivores who prefer to eat from the tops of trees. However, due to their massive size, they must rely on small, specialized scales to absorb and convert energy from the sun. Since they live in tightly-knit groups, this form of energy absorption helps preserve the forests in which these dragons reside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Umatilla has never been a dragoness that likes to go with the flow. Being on the smaller side for a female Terrae dragon, after one mating season she quickly found that the idea of brutish males competing for her affection was not something she was interested in anymore. Instead she decided to take a break from her herd and sun herself along the beach, which is where she found Livia the Blusang trying to dig for shells. Umatilla's huge paws effortlessly combed the sand away, and the two were instant friends. They met up regularly for walks along the shore, and the Terrae dragoness soon found herself enchanted by Livia's innocent mind and beautiful features. But she would never admit it, as Livia is so childlike and so often tricked by the type of male dragons that Umatilla has come to hate that admitting her own affections would only hurt their simple friendship. She can only hope that one day Livia matures just enough to realize that Umatilla cares for her as more than just a friend.
