Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ashley Charcoal is a young Black dragon. Like all of the other Black dragons in her clan, she lives in a small, secluded cavern, where Izar stores the parchment and ink. Unlike the rest of the Black dragons, she usually paints pictures of happy things, such as  flowers, sunsets, other dragons, happy families, etc. However, whenever she is anywhere near the forest outside, she starts out drawing happy pictures, then begins to scratch the eyes of the people in the picture out, draw crossed-out circles over their faces, and finally shreds the pictures to bits and burns them. This scares most of the dragons in her clan, but this rarely happens as she is terrified of the forest, and pretty much all of the outside world in general. She seldom speaks to any dragons besides the other Black dragons and her owner, and often the things she says are very cryptic and don't make any sense.
