Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The city of Drekanos was founded upon the might of dragons. Vasacius' was the first egg its Priest-Mages obtained by their arts. They kept him in the catacombs beneath the city and, when grown, induced him to use his power to cause the stones to move. The soaring towers and vast, towering walls made Drekanos one of the wonders of the world. But, at last, Vasacius found the strength to rebel. Breaking the Priests bindings he slammed his tail down upon the ground and the earth shook. Many perished in the earthquake and the eternal city of Drekanos was shattered. Now the sun rises on a city empty of human life, where the broken towers still thrust themselves against the sky and jagged stone tears the drifting sea-mists to rags. Vasacius still bears the scars left by their chains across his scales. He makes his lair in the catacombs, refusing to relinquish the city he built, and his hatred for humans is immense. Other dragons, likewise freed by his actions, make their homes in the ruins.
