Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

On the 21st of December it was quite warm, so there was no snow but on the mountains. GiratinaOF was reading Holiday Tales when he spotted an egg he knew already: Another rare Holly egg. As he already had an egg of this breed he knew exactly how to care for it and his dragons helped him, of course. When this dragon was a male hatchling, the owner gave him the name "Holly '07".

This Christmas dragon is happy to look after others and very decent. He's always happy when snow falls as he's then going out and giving presents to the people. Holly '07 could also be described as a creative, intelligent dragon because he always gets up with a solution when trying to help others. Even though he isn't a sporting ace he is a good runner and flier.
