Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

She looks up at the moon lit sky, the light reflecting off her pearly white and gold striped wings. As lively as she could be, she started to frolic around the open meadows, letting out high pitched roars of enjoyment. Stretching her wings out, she then jumps into the night time sky, flapping her powerful wings as she flew up into a tree and perched herself on one of the tree branches. Settling herself down on the tree branch, she lifted her massive head up towards the sky to stare at the moon. Her eyes shimmered with brightness as she stared at the full moon, happy that her life was full of joy and life. Suddenly, a thought came to her mind as it wandered back to when she saw those other dragons singing in the night together. The song had many feelings in it, joy, love, happiness, and even sadness. Her eyes pricked with tears as she remember the song, and so, with one last glance up into the sky, she raised her head up and started to sing that song that was meant for Christmas Eve.
