Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This Flamingo Wyvern is completely obsessed with cuttlefish. So much so that she has assumed the official name of Think Of The Cuttlefish, although her friends call her by her preferred name of Feferi, or Feff. For some reason she adores the squid-like cephalopods and goes to great lengths to protect them, often enlisting the help of the Blunas to monitor their numbers and make sure that they are not over-hunted by other marine creatures. Feferi also keeps pet cuttlefish in her own private pools, feeding them on shrimps which she gathers from her own feeding grounds, and regularly shows them off to other dragons in an attempt to make them see how adorable the creatures are. Many visitors to her salt pools have been mildly baffled by the eccentric Flamingo Wyvern cooing over her bizarre pets with the cry of "Look! Aren't they just SO glubbing adorable!" Feff has unfortunately been unable to find another dragon who shares her love of cuttlefish, so has not yet acquired a mate.
