Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Roso Vinelious, the second part of his name pronounced Vine-eel-ee-yus, is a very short-tempered dragon. If someone steps on the dirt he is under and wakes him up from his CONSTANT napping, he will often start shouting at him or her angrily. Once, he had to be stopped by a group of 5 other dragons (one of them Zemimorth, the eldest and leader of the herd) when a pygmy dragon had tripped over his roots. In his unnecessary anger, he had constricted them with his vines and was threatening the poor and defenseless creature with a rather fierce Venus Fly Trap. He does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but sleep, eat and drink.
