Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Tulen has an obsession with colorful objects and pretty color schemes. One of Tulen's hobbies is to collect plants and see if he can get any pigment out of them. If he can, he uses it to brighten up the walls in his cave. He doesn't even use the paint to make pictures, he just throws it on his walls Jackson Pollock style. But when he got squished by a grumpy vine dragon for trying to take its flowers, he decided to just collect colorful objects instead. Now Tulen's cave is filled with polished rocks and crude jewels, vivid wildflowers and fall leaves. However, Tulen's favorite trinket is the giant quartz crystal that a geode dragon gave him. He hung it up on the ceiling and can stare at the pretty rainbow colors it reflects onto the walls all day long. Tulen is also known for being extremely jealous of colored stripe dragons, but after he discovered the other uses of pigment he feels fine. Now many befuddled dragons report seeing an orange and blue-striped dragon around Tulen's home.
