Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Niragha is a sweet, sensible dragon. She is kindhearted and always has a warm feeling around her which makes people and dragons alike really appreciate her. Being the peacemaker she is always right in the middle of any crisis to befall the other dragons that she associates with. Her calming thoughts and actions can settle even the most riled up dragon down into relaxation. Niragha feels her job is to be a mother, and that is just what she does, caring for the young and old of her group is quite necessary for the survival of it. Niragha came from an evil family, attacking and burning cities to the ground her mother and father were feared beyond belief.  The evilness of their actions and everything else that they had been runs through her veins and she believes that she has to fight of the evilness inside of her to be able to stay good like she so desperately wants to be. What she doesn't realize is that her goodness will surpass any inch of evil that has ever run through her veins.
