This chick is full of pep! Torchic-to-be, or Torchic for short, loves nothing more than running around, exploring or just generally making a ruckus. Torchic doesn't know what a torchic is, or what she's supposed to become, but that doesn't matter because she's not going to become anything at all—she's been frozen as a chick for all of eternity. She's okay with this though, as it just means that she'll have more time to run around.
