Thunder Dragons are the masters of electricity. Their wings gather energy as they soar through the clouds, and when they clap their wings together they can create devastating arcs of lightning. They can stay airborne nearly indefinitely, landing only to sleep and breed; they catch their prey from the air and take moisture from the clouds. A thunder dragon’s roar is considered to be an omen of misfortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Smurfette Does Not Share wears a sign around her neck that reads, "Donations, please." She was named for her owner by the same name, who gained her name as a joke and thoroughly enjoys sharing. Sadly, this Smurfette has taken her name literally—very literally. Unlike most Thunder dragons, she does not send bolts of lightning to frighten villagers and their sheep. She hoards her thunderbolts greedily, and suspects anyone—dragon or human—who approaches her to be a thief. Now, to explain her sign. She once tricked a well-meaning Yulebuck into believing she was amassing toy and food donations for needy villagers. As he is a dragon of Christmas cheer, he immediately asked Santa's Elves to make the sign and hundreds of toys, which they did gladly. Instead of gifting anything, Smufette Does Not Share hid all the toys in an Alpine cave, feasted on the salted meats and fine pastries, and wears the sign to trick others into giving her trinkets to increase her horde.
