White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

When it came time for this dragon to be named, he went to the dragon keeper Lorraine for help.  He was fond of the name "Delacore," but couldn't figure out how to spell it.  Unfortunately, Lorraine was attempting to learn another language at the time and thought it was spelled "De La Corps," meaning "of the body."  This dragon was a healer, so that seemed a good name to him.  The unfortunate part was that Lorraine screwed up the grammar rather badly; it should have been "Du Corps" rather than "De La Corps."  His name has been a source of embarrassment to him since the mistake was discovered.
