Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Trillionth is a young Paper dragon. Unlike most of the other dragons in his clan, he spends a lot of his time at the library in Drakeville, where he works as a librarian with his mate, Paper Joe. He is a little bit more bold than Paper Joe, and doesn't read as much as him. Instead, Trillionth spends his time writing about very complex math problems, thinking of new ways to solve these problems, and pretty much anything else that has to do with numbers. When he's not at the library, he's back at his clan's cave, teaching the hatchlings simple math problems. He frequently debates whether numbers or letters are more important with Joe, stating that you "can't have 26 letters in the alphabet without numbers", while Joe says that you "can't spell the word 'numbers' without letters". Their adoptive son, Scraps, doesn't care either way.
