Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Behold, seeker of the dragon lore, Onerij of the Red Dragons. She resides in the blackened ruins of a castle. The story of the destruction of the castle runs thus: Many years ago the young lord of the castle, while wandering, came to a huge cave in the forest. He crept in and found a nest of red dragon's eggs and the mother asleep. He acted quickly and stole an egg, believing the mother would not notice and he could tame the hatchling. But only two days later the castle was attacked by the furious mother and set on fire. The mother was severely wounded and died in her cave only a few days later without recovering her egg. The castle burned to ruins and those not killed in the fight or the fire left. The heat emanating from the ruins for days was enough to let Onerij hatch. She fed on the roasted cadavers of horses and other animals until she was strong enough to hunt. She never left her birth place.

A red dragon named Dragorojo became her mate after maturation.
