Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is clearly a water animal.

And look! Its fins have grown larger! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This cute little hatchling strives to be famous. His only desire is to be known to every dragon there is. Unfortunately, the hatchling has nothing but fame with the name, and with so many relatives from the lineage, there is no gain from the name. Even worse, he neither is talented in any field, nor what would be called a bright mind. Alas, with unbending will the hatchling has taken steps to reach his goal against all odds. Striving after his admired example, the Monster of Loch Ness, the hatchling recently occupied Loch Dork, a lake fairly popular amongst day tourists, and started to systematically appear randomly, especially on foggy days and during sunset.

While the plan is perfectly suited for a personality with such limitations, the chosen locality seems a bit unfortunate regarding the probable nickname for the Monster of Loch Dork...
