Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Jade Beauty, or just Jade as she prefers, is among one of the select few earth dragons who enjoys flying over walking. Spending her spare moments tending to sickly trees, plants, and flowers, she is revered and appreciated as a "life saver" among the creatures who depend on the greens to survive. Apples, being her favorite fruit, grow abundantly in an orchard nearby her home in an ancient oak tree. The tree, once threatened by a seemingly fatal disease, was in terrible condition when Jade found it and patched it up. It seemed as though it's way of thanking her was to grow in a specific way that fit her pefecty, and she treasures the oak as something of priceless value and moreover, a home.
